Turn up your flow at Trap Yoga. This high-energy class pairs the mindfulness of yoga with the beats and bass of trap music, creating a vibe that's equal parts movement and motivation. Expect deep stretches, dynamic flows, and a soundtrack that keeps you lit from the first pose to the final breath. No yoga experience needed -- just bring your energy and get ready to move! 

Settle in under the stars for Movie Night at LIT. We transform our back lot into an open-air-theater -- complete with core vibes, big-screen favorites, and community connection. Bring a friend, grab your blanket or chair, and enjoy a night of fresh air and good company. Movies, munchies, and memories -- all at LIT! 

Join us for our State Pistol Permit Certification Class — a hands-on, safety-first experience led by certified instructors. Participants will learn the fundamentals of firearm safety, handling, and responsibility through a guided classroom presentation and live-fire training at a local range.
